The Zephir LOK-D Diesel Shunt Vehicles are a powerful option able to replace traditional shunting locomotives. With the ability to operate on road and rail and quickly transition in between the LOK-D offers great flexibility for shunting operations. A large range of models and options allows for the vehicles to be optimised for almost any shunting task. Available with up to Tier 4(f)/Stage IV engines, the LOK-D range is an environmentally friendly option.

Diesel Shunt Vehicle 

At the upper end of the LOK-D range, the 16.300 model is powerful and dependable. With maximum drawbar pulls of 160kN, this model is highly capable while still retaining the usability and flexibility of the smaller models in the range.

This model of rail shunting equipment is currently utilised at locations within Australia as shunt and vehicle placers, locomotive shunting and in lieu of progression systems.
