We have long-standing partnerships with the equipment manufacturers we represent. Throughout the manufacturing process we are heavily involved in project managements aspects, monitoring delivery timelines and communicating with our customers to ensure expectations are met. We are able to perform and manage factory acceptance testing and deliver compliance documentation.
We are able to monitor and control delivery through our experienced freight provider network. When the equipment arrives into the country, Freightquip has significant experience in commissioning, local acceptance tests, risk assessments, and certified training for operators and maintenance staff. We register plant through local authorities and other compliance requirements as needed.
As part of our core values, we strive to deliver excellent aftersales and spare parts support throughout the full life of the equipment. We have a team of factory trained service technicians available for remote and on-site support, being backed up by our International OEM support network. We also carry a large amount of stock in our spare parts warehouses to provide short delivery turnarounds.
As part of our standard service, we handle all customer warranty claims and minimise equipment downtime through this process.
We are able to provide asset upgrades, fleet modifications, health checks and full rebuilds. We can assist our customers in developing models to assess the financial and operational impacts of new equipment procurement versus continuing to maintain current assets.
We have a large network of manufacturers diversified across many countries. We only partner with OEMs that have a proven track record of providing reliable products.
We are able to supply a complete fleet of Airport Ground Support Equipment through our partnership with TLD, the global market leader in GSE manufacturing. This includes a wide range of Military and Commercial equipment, and an ever-growing portfolio of Electric powered vehicles.
We have also partnered with Smart Airport Systems to deliver Airport Infrastructure equipment and a number of sustainable aviation solutions.
Rail & Workshop Equipment
Starting as a supplier of Rail Shunting Vehicles, our portfolio has expanded to include innovative and robust solutions across a range of Rail Workshop requirements. We have partnered with a number of leading manufactures and can provide the solutions that best meet our customers requirements.
Freightquip has over 30 years experience in manufacturing custom built shipping containers. More recently, the portfolio has expanded to include Novatech and Liftec products for terminal handling applications, as well as the World’s first fully Remote Controlled Twistlocks.
