GF-40 Series
Mobile Wide Body Aircraft Air Conditioning Unit
The TLD GF40 mobile diesel air conditioner or heating and cooling unit are designed to keep an aircraft’s cockpit and cabin at the ideal temperature during pre-flight, boarding and maintenance.
This air conditioner unit meets the requirements and needs of any civil aircraft and is capable of cooling or heating and cooling both narrow and wide-body aircraft (C to E types) in any climate including continental, tropical or desert conditions.
Like all TLD products, the GF40 heating and cooling unit has a focus on reducing the need for regular servicing and increasing the system’s overall lifespan by using top of the line materials. The cooling circuit, in particular, does not need to be opened and maintained until after around 100,000 hours of operation. With environmental impact, a consideration the GF40 air conditioner unit uses R134a refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential.
