Nitrogen Carts
AERO Specialties provide an extensive array of Nitrogen Service Carts, engineered for effective aircraft servicing in both in-hangar and remote environments. These carts cater to diverse capacity needs, with models designed to hold 1 to 4 nitrogen bottles.
Ensuring easy mobility, the carts are fitted with pneumatic tires and swivel casters, enabling hand movement or towing. Certain models come with a tilt mechanism for convenient bottle insertion and removal. Some units are also booster-enabled, offering ample space to accommodate boosters, regulators, and hoses.
Several models come fully equipped with an ENB-45 nitrogen booster, low-high pressure nitrogen regulators, and delivery hoses with relevant adapters. Conversely, cart-only versions are available, allowing for flexibility in outfitting the cart with desired boosters and regulators.
Additional features of specific models include an indexed locking platform for secure bottle positioning and heavy-duty wheels that provide excellent towing stability and maneuverability within the hangar. Some carts feature a powder-coated finish for enhanced durability.
The larger 3-bottle and 4-bottle carts offer the potential to cater to greater service demands. These carts include all necessary components excluding the bottles and gas, ensuring you’re fully equipped to provide nitrogen service to aircraft.

AERO Specialties’ Oxygen Service Carts are robust, efficient, and designed for both remote/ramp and in-hangar applications. These carts are available in configurations from 2 to 4 bottles, either solely for oxygen or as a combination system with nitrogen.
The units are equipped with the AERO 2-Bottle oxygen regulator system or the OB-30 oxygen booster, providing dependable service for aircrafts. All carts are hand-movable or towable and have been designed for optimal maneuverability with features such as 5th-wheel steering, pneumatic tires, swivel casters, and heavy-duty running gear. Some models also include a tilting feature, which makes bottle loading and unloading a single person job.
For easy adaptation, our units come complete with everything needed for O2 service (except the bottles and gas) – including a regulator system, delivery hoses, adapter, and hose kits for connecting boosters, regulators, and bottles. Some models also include an onboard toolbox and static grounding reel for added functionality.
Notably, our 3 and 4-bottle combination systems include both oxygen and nitrogen boosters and regulators, making them a versatile solution for all O2 and N2 service requirements. These units come with heavy-duty wheels and pneumatic tires, ensuring stability and durability in different operating environments.
