If you have ordered spare parts off us lately you will have noticed a change for the better. With our commitment to delivering exceptional aftersales support we have brought on a dedicated Parts Manager to help with spare parts related requests.
Mario Susic joined our team in May 2019 and has completely changed the way we deliver spare parts to you.
With over two decades of experience in business, he’s worked for small family businesses and global giants in the automotive, aerospace and defence industries. This varied experience gives him the ability to treat each customer with the care that you would expect from a small business and the highest level of professionalism of an industry leading multinational.
A fitter and turner by trade, after a decade in the industry Mario studied an Advanced Diploma in Business Management to help him take his love of customer service further. He also has a deep understanding of systems and stock control thanks to his experience working as an operations manager, supply chain logistics manager, quality assurance manager and even GM.
He’s brought with him a solid idea of how to do business and spare parts well, changing our processes for the better. He takes it as a personal challenge to reduce the lead time on everything from spare parts orders to responding to customer requests. If he can pre-empt an item being needed, he will order it in advance so it is there waiting.
He has also set a personal goal of responding to customers within a few hours wherever possible during business hours or 24 hours if our overseas suppliers are needed.
Mario has played a pivotal role in setting up the new spare parts warehouse, and as a result, you can expect to see our customer service, aftersales support and spare parts continuing to improve.Mario is helpful, knowledgeable and we hope you enjoy dealing with him as much as we do.
