Bearing Box Puller

The bearing box puller is a semi-automatic machine used to disassemble bearings and tapered bearing units (TBU) from rail axles for maintenance. With interchangeable front flanges the machine can be used with multiple axle types.
The bearing box puller is available with a standard platform or optional rotating lifting platform to quickly remove bearing from both sides of the axle and improve efficiency.
The bearing box puller is designed for medium to high throughput wheel shops.

The bearing puller press is a semi-automatic machine designed for the removal and installation of bearing units from and to axles for maintenance.
Installed on a mobile trolley with adjustable cylinder height and interchangeable flange kits, the bearing puller press is a flexible option for wheel shop operations.
The bearing puller press is suited to medium-high throughputs in press function and low-medium throughputs in puller function.

The brake disc universal press is a specialised machine designed to remove and replace brake discs from wheelsets for high-throughput wheel shops.
The press can be equipped with an industrial PC for use in automatic mode and to perform automatic cold keying of the brake disc on the axle. At the end of the operation a final report is produced, compliant with international standards.
