Technical Overview:
TLD Belt Loaders are fitted with height-adjustable booms ranging from 1.2 to 4.3 metres, depending on aircraft door position. Conveyor belts are constructed with non-slip materials and can handle variable loads with smooth, continuous motion. Electric models offer zero-emission operation with lithium-ion or lead-acid power packs, while diesel variants feature Tier 4-compliant engines. Units are equipped with safety interlocks, auto-braking systems, and intuitive control panels to ensure operational safety on the apron.
