Single Platform Cargo Loader

The TFE-3.5 is a cargo loader transporter with single platform with capability to handle LD1-LD2-LD3-LD4-LD6-LD8-AKH-AKG containers up to 3500kg maximum payload. It is ideal to transfer loads and for loading / offloading A318-A319-A320-A321 series aircraft and also all lower deck doors of conventional and wide body aircraft with doorsill up to 3500mm.

The TFE-3.5 offers one-man operation, versatility of use, quick and economical solution for freight transfer and lifting, with maximum operator’s safety. Commonality of TLD parts and latest technologies onboard provide simplicity of use, reliability, and the best maintainability.

TXL-838 Series

7.6t Cargo Loader – Electric and Diesel

The TXL-838 cargo loader family offers 4 models designed to load and unload containers and pallets up to 7,6 tonnes (16,700lbs).

Available in standard (TXL-838-STD) or wide version (TXL-838-WID, TXL-838-UNI, TXL-838-SUP), the TXL-838 can be interfaced with 178cm (70 “), 254cm (100”) or 356cm (140 “) doors for the wide version, ranging aircraft from B707 to A320.

TXL-838 series is available in diesel version as well as in ReGen (electric). The TXL-838-reGen features a unique TLD designed system that optimises the energy consumption and battery life thanks to an innovative power management system that includes the regeneration into super- capacitors of the energy, usually lost, of the elevator going down.

929 Series

15t Cargo Loader – Electric and Diesel

The 929 Series is a self-propelled, dual-platform cargo loader designed to transfer containers and pallets weighing up to 15 000 kg (33,000 lbs.) for the 929 model and up to 20 000kg (44,000 lbs) for the 929-S model. With the ability to interface 178 cm (70”), 254 cm (100”), or 356 cm (140”) doors, this heavy-duty loader can be used to service a wide variety of aircraft.

929 series is available in diesel version as well as in ReGen (electric). The 929-reGen features a unique TLD designed system that optimises the energy consumption and battery life thanks to an innovative power management system that includes the regeneration into super- capacitors of the energy, usually lost, of the elevator going down.

30t Cargo Loader – Diesel

The 121 is a self-propelled, dual-platform cargo loader designed to transfer containers and pallets weighing up to 30 000 Kg (66,000 lbs) with the ability to interface 254 cm (100″), or 356 cm (140″) doors.

The 121 features the unique TLD loader advantages; Grasshopper lifting system resulting in a clear deck, flat top chain conveying system, quick and easy release stabilisers.
